You've just enabled two-factor authentication on your Zendesk user account, which means you will now need to enter a security code in addition to your email address and password when logging in using a web browser or Zendesk mobile application. More information can be found in our documentation for two-factor authentication.
Please take a moment to download your recovery codes. If you lose your phone or can't access your device for any other reason, recovery codes are the only way to access your account again.
